About Wildlife Warriors Steve and Terri Irwin established Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors in 2002, seeing a long-time dream of theirs fulfilled. After putting together their dream team to run the organization, the Irwins became patrons of the charity and had Australia Zoo become the Major Sponsor, committing to cover all administrative costs. A generous contribution such as this allows Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors to apply 100% of all public donations we receive directly to the conservation and preservation of wildlife. The Irwin Family Terri began working to actively help animals when she was a young, before ever meeting Steve. Her efforts began in 1986 when Terri started a wildlife …
About Elephant Whispers Elephant Whispers grew from humble beginnings and the love of nature shared by Rory and Lindie Hensman in Zimbabwe. About the DOT Challenge DOT, which stands for Do 1 Thing, is a challenge that encourages you to make simple lifestyle changes, known as DOTs, which have a positive impact on our environment. The DOT Challenge encompasses four categories; Water: Implementing water-saving techniques saves money and diverts less water from our dams, lakes and rivers. Conserving water can also reduce water and waste-water treatment costs, along with the amount of energy needed to manage them. Waste: The amount of global food waste produced could feed billions of people. Unfortunately, …

Within the Nguni nations, the clan – based on …
I opened the issue of Philly Style and my first impression was happiness because they chose a photo of designer, Alex Perry and me that was taken by my son, Ian II, who accompanied us on our shoot in Australia for Tapping IN show. I also knew I did not need to worry about anything they printed about me in the article because they never slam anyone. In fact, they always find the good in people and make them shine. I have noticed that their publication seems to add pages of advertising while exploitive ones seem to be thinning these days. I believe very strongly in “change yourself, change the …
I climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge with my guide, Jackson Mitchell with two last names. Jackson is super happy and has been guiding people up this 52,000 ton steel structure daily for six years. And, he’s smiling from ear to ear! There are over a thousand steps to get to the top of the bridge. At first you think, boy, this sounds tiring! But, it’s not what you expect. You climb 40 or so steps at a time and come to a catwalk where you go along, stop, and take in the view of the breathtaking harbor, and listen to Jackson tell great stories that make you appreciate the …
