Sedona AZ is a very uplifting and spiritual place. The many vortexes seem to melt away ones aches and pains! A definite place to put on your bucket list.
The educational tools on movetolearnms.org has been our way of tapping In to students and educators in classrooms.
Hi! Just saw my first episode of your show. Loved it! I run a company called This…I…Do…For…Me! It focuses on travel and culture for women who are 50+ years of age, especially those who have been postponing their joy.
We will be visiting Madrid in June 2016 and Sydney, Australia in 2017!
Can’t wait to turn the ladies onto your show!
Blessings, Robin
Hi Sean,

NYC native originally from Brooklyn use Nordic Walking for health and along the way photograph the Sky vistas of the harbor. When in NY look me up.
I sat dawn for a break to have lunch so I turned on the tv. To my delighted surprise I saw your show! I had never heard of it and I know everything happens for a reason. You are in Cape Town Africa this episode. Next year is my 50th birthday and I want to go to Africa. I love to travel and have had the blessings to go to wonderful faraway places. Traveling and animal volunteer work put me in my happy place. I’ve been to the Amazon and cared for a puma, Mexico to help biologists with sea turtles, and now I’d like to go to Africa and volunteer. I will be in my happy place again to see indigenous animals with their freedom. I’d love to volunteer with elephants, rhino’s, anything endangered. It brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it. Thank you, thank you, thank you for doing this show.
It’s very inspiring while waiting to go next year. <3 <3
I enjoy being optimistic even when faced with a down slope.
I am tapping into happiness everyday at work by being a part of a workout group to promote healthy living and staying active! On the weekends I like to give back to my community and the city of Seattle by volunteering. I’ve done things that range from working at food banks, to building a playground, to volunteering at Oktoberfest. Each opportunity affords me the chance to help others no matter how small. This is what makes me happy and hopefully by being kind to others, I can make others feel the same!
Every day I try to share with my work community how happy you can become. We choose whether we meet obstacles with crying or laughing. Quite honestly, I look like heck when I cry so I’m just going to laugh instead! Choose to have a good day!
this show was so much fun to watch
the host has a great energy
where can i see more episodes??
there is good in eveyone and in everything. It may take time and energy to reveal, however.
Happiness is the ability for me to just remember that waking up, to see, taste and smell and to feel life and to live in the moment. Hiking is my passion as well as movies when the weather doesn’t cooperate. I also strive to exercise daily. Eating and getting my sleep are as important. My time is limited so I try to make the most of it. Living life to the fullest everyday has always been my motto.
always look for the good every day and every way
I am a freak of nature, in that I always find the good around me. I believe that it requires too much work to be angry or try to make other. I work in sales and I believe to be a great sales person requires a person to always be looking for the good and a positive result. I believe in waking up early in the morning, having my coffee, watching a good positive program and then taking the time to say a prayer asking God to bless me, my family, and friends. I ask the Lord to keep everyone happy, healthy, and out of harms way. I always ask for help achieving my goals at work and home and I always ask the Lord to put and keep a smile in our hearts.
Phoenix Arizona has the perfect weather for perfect happiness. There is more days of sunshine than anywhere else on earth which make is perfect for outdoor activities and living including outdoor dining, hiking, sports, golf, and amazing views. There are more resorts and spas than anywhere else as well as new and amazing culinary restaurants opening every day. Phoenix is home to the best pizza in North America and the winner of the national mixology competition.
There are festivals and community activities every week and an active cultural and arts community. There are local breweries. And don’t forget about hot air ballooning or the water activities. Whilst there is no ocean in Phoenix, there are a ton of water parks and man-made beaches which include the ability to surf. There are also lakes for boating and waterskiing and jet skiing.
Hello! I live in beautiful sunny Gilbert Arizona. I believe and live by these words “travel is the only thing you can buy that makes you richer”. I make it my mission every year to visit a new place every year.
Everyone has a story, a story of challenges, disappointments, betrayals as well as moments of joy, happiness and love, true love. The BIG DIFFERENCE is being able to tune in to “how your feeling” is a gauge in WHAT YOUR THINKING…We all are guilty in what I call “Stinking Thinking”…Learning to CHANGE THE CHANNEL…is the key to HAPPINESS..,its AMAZING HOW THE BODY WILL FOLLOW YOUR THOUGHTS…There is nothing that can replace True Joy…that comes from within…Happiness is conditional…that can change from moment to moment…teaching people to tap into the JOY CENTER OF THE BRAIN IS WHERE REAL HAPPINESS LYE.
Melbourne Florida is a is a very beautiful place to live. It has nature it has beaches and a vast variety of fresh seafood. Melbourne Florida is very laid back and its diverse community is friendly and outgoing especially towards the older communities.
I live in Charlotte, NC in a small neighborhood called Shannon Park. I have transformed my home into a preschool and a free Saturday School for students who need help with reading and other subjects. Every year I work with students who have difficulties in school. It makes me so happy to be able to help students read because I had such a difficult time when I was a little girl. I work with children who are homeless and need help reading as well. I have a community TV show that invites youth to show off their talents and women who are role models in the community. My small community business is called Auntie’s House. I am so blessed to be able to use my gift to help children. I’m so happy!
Happiness requires being satisfied with yourself. I try to engage in activities and work that promotes my notion of self-worth, satisfying an inner need to assist people. I think it is especially important to always try to enhance the lives of family and friends, nuturing them thru praise and supporting them and their life goals.
Making a bucket list enables each of us to realize what has impacted our growth as individuals. It also creates goals to attain in the future which becomes more important as you age into retirement.
I am tapping into happiness by sharing all the local great places to visit with my grandchildren. I traveled a lot with my children, but as the parent you are always worrying about the rules etc. As a grandparent, you can just enjoy–to see their face look into that of a gorilla at the Bronx zoo, or jump into a wave at the Jersey shore or win a stuffed animal at Great Adventure. You see new happiness through the eyes of grandchildren.
My advice to happiness is enjoy your time with family and my happiness is being at the ocean with kids and grandkids ..
my grandkids love coming to visit from Yakima so grandma and grandpa take them to visit the ocean like Ocean Shores, we are so lucky to live in the beautiful pacific northwest.
Fresh air, sunshine and some exercise always makes me feel good. If you don’t garden, at least get outside. That’s my key to happiness. Find something to do you enjoy, take a walk or just sit and breathe. It’s a great way to feel happy.
If you want to be happy, always have something you can look forward to. Whether it’s a trip to a new destination, a dinner with family and friends, or a career promotion, you will always have that fun event in your mind no matter what!
The trick to being happy is have faith in yourself and always treat people the way you would want to be treated. If You were to ask someone what makes you. Happy they would say money not so true.happiness comes from within my mom always said if your not happy how can you make other happy good energy and most of all love for one another
How to be happy? wow….is very different to be a happy person, than to be happy in any particular moment.
Saying that, I have a few tips:
1) don’t wait for something happy to happen to have a smile, have a smile and a reaction will follow, you’ll see. I’m always amaze than when I walk with a smile in my face, unknown people say hello to me, they smile back and even say a few words to me.
2) Helping others is a wonderful way to get happy, to get a smile of thankfulness for whatever we can do for others, is so gratifying. I like to volunteer in one thing or another, in my particular case, I like to help seniors, maybe because I LOOOOVE my grandpas and grandmas and I believe there is a lot of ageism.
3) CREATIVITY, it has been my savior so many times; anyone who is a creative person can tell you how much that means in our lives, trough hard times, to be able to sing, with our harts, to paint something, to take a picture. Many of these things take you out of your bodies, as it has been with me because I live with chronic pain.
and one more thing
4) Every night my mantra is ” Thank you god ( whatever your belief is ) for everything you have been giving to me, good and bad, every moment of my life”. Yes, I am thankful for everything, including my HIV, my history of cancer, my neuropathy, these and other things, make me who I am.
LOVE and Thanks, share it, pass the happiness and LOVE.
For me success is not a career or dollar amount. Success means to me I am happy, and have the time and energy to do what I love in life. Living in west Michigan I have many opportunities to pursue what I love. I love the mountain biking community around Rockford Michigan where there are miles and miles of scenic single track bike trails. Going to downtown Grand Rapids to enjoy art and craft beer, and exploring the beaches and dunes in Grand Haven. It is easy to find happiness when all these great opportunities are at your doorstep.
I am tapping into happiness by changing the way I think of things. I am really focusing on the positives and on what I want for my future. I limit my associations with any negative influences. I find that I’m so much happier this way. I exercise daily, which works wonders for my body and mind. I am a happier all around person because of it.
After working 30 years, I have retired to college teaching and I enjoy the free time and interaction it brings. I can help the next generation and fell rewarded at the same time. Although not rich, I am in the best position I have ever been. Feeling somewhat secure and burden free is very important if you are seeking to be happy.
When you share your life with a pet, you tap into happiness. My dog brings me happiness everyday. He is the best in the world.
I gain most of my happiness from my work. I am a high school counselor and I love my job. Everyday, I feel as I am making a difference in someone’s life. In the 4 years since I started this job, happiness has spread to other parts of my life. I’ve gotten married and lost weight and I credit my happiness at work as the catalyst for positive change.
I am so thankful for my family and life. You can only be truly happy if you realize how blessed you are.
I am tapping into happiness by putting myself first for the first time in my adult life. I take time off from work when it’s necessary and convenient for me, instead of when it’s convenient for my employer. I am cooking my favorite meals even when I’m the only one at home to enjoy them. I’m treating myself the way one treats a dear friend. If that’s not tapping into happiness, I don’t know what is.
I am tapping into happiness by trying to live life one day at a time

My advise to those who need to know the key to happiness is be positive. Always think how fortunate you are to be able to give back those not as happy as you are.
Thank you for the opportunity to provide some advise.
For me, the way for me to be happy is knowing that the things I do during each week make many other people happy.
One example: I set-up and manage 10K fitness walks that start and end at 19 of the county’s libraries. I’m happy because the people who take the walks are happy knowing they are helping to improve their fitness level.
In addition, the management of the county library system is happy knowing they have a nice service available to their patrons, a service that does not cost the patrons or the library anything.
So, lots of happy people make me happy.
How to be a Happy Teacher
1) At the beginning of the school year, find out what your students like/love and weave those things into the curriculum throughout the school year. I had a student who loved peanut butter and no one in my room was allergic, so we had ‘peanut butter and jelly sandwich days’. My students started calling him peanut butter and his peers would bring in things with peanut butter in them throughout the school year.
2) Stand at the door of your classroom at the beginning of the day. Smile and greet each student as they walk into class. You’ll get a ton of smiles back, a hug or two, and when something isn’t right, you can address it before the day gets going. When students know you care, they’ll care more too.
3) End the day on a positive note. Have each or most students tell you something they learned in school that day. It’s a review for everyone else and a quick way to make sure they understood the objectives!
Happiness is experiencing and seeing things that previously only existed in one’s imagination; it’s feels like being in cloud nine!
Hi Linda, my name is Cyndi and I am from Canada. I am a relaxation therapist from the island of Newfoundland originally. As of late I found myself not happy with my surroundings and how I was feeling. Not a month ago I decided to pack our suitcases,(my teenage daughter and I) and we moved clear across the country, from Newfoundland to beautiful British Columbia. We now reside in the country where I enjoy everything. The wildlife in its abundance, the people are kind and the peacefulness is breathe taking. I was here eight days before getting my cable television set up and the first program i watched was Tapping In. To say the least i was awe struck. I have been working on my website for some time now and my focus has been the same as yours, to teach and share happiness and peace of mind. I would love to work with you in some capacity..Tapping In north of the border so to speak. I love what you do and I believe you are a truly wonderful and compassionate lady. The world could use many more souls like us, spreading peace and happiness worldwide. I hope to hear from you. Keep smiling and share your heart.

WHERE DO I SIGN UP? TAKE ME WITH YOU
Having a child with disabilities is one of the most strengthening and enriching experiences a person can have, and I speak from experience. I think it’s great to see The Eby’s talk about it, everyone can learn a lot about happiness from them. You just gotta roll with the punches
What a great contest!
I’d recommend surrounding yourself with friends and family in order to keep your mood up. 🙂
Lyfe is lyke a box o’ chocolats. U never kno whatchu gon’ get! Bee happy, y’all!
I think happiness is about finding beauty in the little things. Everyone focuses 2 much on things that bring them down, be grateful for everything you have and stop to smell the flowers!
I LOVE LUKE. He’s soooo hott! He’s right too, diet and exercise are the key to balance and balance is the key to being happy. If you feel good physically, you’ll feel good mentally too ☺
Everyone on this show is so inspiring! Really refreshing compared to many other shows on TV these days… When can I watch the next episode??
I love the premise of this! Someone once told me to be around the people you like because you’ll be like the people you’re around… I think that’s the best advice when it comes to being happy. Surround yourself with happy people who love you and everything else will fall into place!
“I’ve never seen a show like this! Having never been to Australia, I was intrigued by the travel aspects and afterwards felt like I really have to go! The energy was contagious and kept a smile on my face the whole time. Well done!”
