Ronda Giangreco was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2008 with doctors providing slim odds against her continued mobility. She was determined to make the best of her situation and made herself a monumental task that included, family, friends, strangers, and mountains of gnocchi that resulted in authoring, “The Gathering Table.”
